KIRO CACHEMIRE FACTORY is a plan born thanks to the care of Knitwear Factory Santa Lucia (Maglificio Santa Lucia), historic handcraft workshop of high manufacture that has operated in Comunanza (Ascoli Piceno – Marche) for over 30 years. Kiro draws inspiration from the values of the best manufactoring tradition of the “made in Italy”, that patrimony of skill and “expert hands” able to work a precious, exclusive, prestigious material like the cachemire. Besides Kiro represents the soul of an enchanted Territory, that like few others is able to stimulate the creative energies. In fact the laboratory is located at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, near the so called “The side of the Magic”, a place that for centuries has increased myths and and it has been the theatre of wonderful tales. Like that one of the Chirocefalo of the Marchesoni, the brand Kiro is inspired by: a small crustacean of few millimetres who swims backstroke and lives exclusively in the waters of the Pilato lake, at an altitude of 1.941 metres. A precious and tenacious rarity.
Kiro production is characteristic of a very high quality of the knitting yarn (CARIAGGI), the artisanal manufactoring and a styling that meets the tastes of a wide segment of the Customers, with traditional but also contemporary lines. Moreover Kiro produces both articles for man and woman, giving a further value through a wide range of classic and innovative accessories.
One of the strenghts of the activity is represented, without any doubt, by a very flexible organisation and, in the same time, by the possibility to be able to manage completely all the phases of the production. A small artisan firm organized in a modern and efficient.
Finally Kiro, first in the sector, has put into operation the innovative after sale service called “SECOND LIFE PROGRAM”. It consists of a panel of assistance, by the delivery at the moment of the purchase of a Certificate valid for three years, that will be used by the Customer to have the sweater mended at a special price: either because of a damage or the physiological consequences of the use. Actually it will be a real creative and stylistic restyling (also with the fixing of elements such as patches, pockets, cuffs and collar) that will enable the article to live a second life. It is not without reason that the extremely significant slogan sums up the total care to the Customer and the will not to trivialize the article and the raw material “too beautiful to live once”
